These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of martylogan.com (the "Site"), operated by Marty Logan's House Of Colour Inc ("Marty Logan's House Of Colour," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Site

The Site is provided to give you information about our collision, paint, and fleet repair services in Dallas, Texas, and to let you request a free estimate. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you submit the estimate form.

Estimates Are Not Final Pricing

Any estimate you request or receive through the Site is a preliminary figure based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed in person once we have inspected the vehicle, and may change based on what we find once the repair begins.

No Online Purchases

The Site does not process payments, sell products, or accept orders online. All service work is arranged and paid for directly with our shop.

Intellectual Property

The text, photos, logos, and other content on the Site belong to Marty Logan's House Of Colour Inc unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Third-Party Links and Embeds

The Site links to or embeds third-party services, including our Google Business Profile and a Google Maps view of our shop. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third-party sites.

No Warranty on Site Content

The Site is provided "as is." While we do our best to keep the information on it accurate and current, we do not guarantee that every page is free of errors or omissions.

Limitation of Liability
