Is it cheaper to pay for this than to claim?
Often, on a single panel. We give you the written number first so you can compare it against your excess and what a claim does to your renewal, and then decide.
Can a cracked bumper cover be repaired, or does it need replacing?
It depends on where the crack is and whether the mounting tabs are intact. That is the first thing we look at, and it is the difference between a repair price and a replacement price.
Will the paint match on a bumper cover?
Plastic and steel take color slightly differently, so we mix to the code, spray a test card, and blend into the wing and the quarter panel rather than stopping at the seam.
Do you do hood repair and fender repair as separate jobs?
