It can, because impact damage travels. What we will not do is change it quietly. If the teardown shows a bent reinforcement bar or a cracked mount, we call you with the revised number and you decide before we carry on.
Can you handle the insurance side?
Yes. We document the damage, send the estimate and supporting photographs to the adjuster, and deal with them directly. You are not the one relaying messages between a shop and a claims office.
My car will not drive. Can you still take it?
