How Your Estimate Request Is Sent

The free-estimate form on the Site sends your submission to a secure, AWS-hosted service that emails it directly to our shop so a member of our team can follow up. No copy of the form is retained by any third-party marketing platform.

We use Google Analytics (Google's "gtag.js") to understand how visitors use the Site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors found us. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to collect this information. Third-Party Services

The Site loads web fonts and icon libraries from Google Fonts and cdnjs.cloudflare.com, and embeds a Google Maps view of our shop location so you can find us. Text Messages

The "TEXT US" link on the Site opens a text message addressed to our shop directly from your own phone. We do not enroll you in any automated text-messaging program by visiting the Site, and any texts we send back are a direct reply to a conversation you started.

We keep the information you submit through the estimate form only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and provide the service you asked about.

Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults seeking auto body, paint, and fleet repair services and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
